O.A. No.2567/2026 O R D E R (ORAL) By Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J) In the present C.P., willful defiance of directions of the Tribunal contained in order dated 16.05.2026 in the captioned O.A. is alleged.
2. Objection is to the extent that the applicants have mentioned the date of the judgment as 16.07.2026.
3. Be that as it may. Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, submits that subsequent to filing of the C.P., the respondents have passed the speaking order in purported compliance of directions of the Tribunal contained in the captioned O.A. and in this background, the present C.P. has become infructuous.
4. In the light of the aforesaid, C.P. is closed as having become infructuous.
5. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate their surviving grievances afresh, if any, in accordance with law.
