1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the facts and circumstances of the case, no rejoinder is required.
2. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the applicant, presses for disposal of the OA. He submits that the issue involved is only an increase of subsistence allowance and the matter is not likely to take much time.
