1. By way of the present MA, the applicant seeks early hearing. However, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Otherwise also, final hearing date fixed in the matter is 19.11.2026, which is so close that we do not find any justification to keep the MA pending and/or to prepone the date of hearing.
