1. In the present CP, willful defiance of the directions of the Tribunal contained in the order/judgment dated 28.04.2026 is alleged.
2. Notice was issued to the respondents on 24.08.2026 when, at the request of the learned counsel for the respondents, time was granted to file reply/compliance affidavit. The same is still awaited.
