1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the impugned orders of premature retirement are perverse on facts as well as on law.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Rana, learned counsel who appears for the respondents on advance service, accepts notice. He seeks and is allowed four weeks' time to file reply.
3. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
