ORAL ORDER
(As per Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Judicial Member)
The instant O.A., along with MA/21/387/2026 seeking permission to join together in a single O.A., has been filed by the applicants, challenging the action of the respondents in denying retrospective absorption and pay protection to them.
2. When the matter was taken up for admission hearing, it was noticed that there is a technical defect in the matter. When this was pointed out, the learned counsel for the applicants sought permission to withdraw the O.A. as well as the M.A. filed for joining together, with liberty to file afresh.
3. Mrs. Rachna Kumari, learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on receipt of advance notice.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, without prejudice to the contentions of either side, the O.A. (SR) and the M.A. are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicants to file afresh after removing the technical defects. All pending M.As, if any, are also disposed of. No order as to costs.
