As per the records, on 28.07.2026, it was informed to the Tribunal that notices had been issued to the department on 07.07.2025. However, no reply had been received. On 03.09.2026, four weeks' further time was granted to the respondents for filing their reply. On 08.10.2026, none appeared on behalf of the parties. Today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has not received any response from the department and is also facing difficulty in ascertaining the address of the respondents. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to provide the contact number of the respondents to learned counsel for the respondents so that the concerned respondents may be contacted immediately for completing the necessary formalities, including filing of the reply.
