It is pertinent to note that vide order dated 01.09.2026, we had extended the time by granting 8 weeks' time from that date to file the compliance report. Again filing a memo seeking for extension of time for compliance, cannot be appreciated, but in the interest of justice and equity, finally 4 weeks' time is granted to file the compliance report failing which, Respondent No. 3 shall be present before this Bench.
