This case is fixed for filing of the rejoinder, which has not yet been filed. Counsel for the applicant, appearing through video conferencing, seeks a further opportunity to file the rejoinder. Perusal of the order dated 15.09.2026 reveals that the applicant was granted a last opportunity of two weeks to file the rejoinder, with a specific stipulation that, in the event of failure to file the same within the stipulated period, the opportunity to do so would stand closed.
Despite the aforesaid direction and stipulation, the rejoinder has not been filed till date. Accordingly, the opportunity granted to the applicant to file the rejoinder stands closed.
