O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member The instant Original Application (in short O.A.) has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-
(i) Quash Order No. CEOR/E2/16203-5 dated 29.10.2026, issued by respondent No. 3, and consequential Order No. ZEO/K/1314-15 dated 29.10.2026, issued by respondent No. 4.
(ii) Direct the official respondents to permit the applicant to continue performing her official duties at Government Primary School, Kunda Bagla, where she was adjusted pursuant to Order No. ZEOK/877- 80 dated 13.09.2025, in view of her continuing medical ailments and the medical advice tendered by the attending doctors and the Medical Board.

Or alternatively, direct the official respondents to consider and adjust the applicant at any other Government School situated at a reasonably accessible distance from her residential “house at Village Kewal, Tehsil Koteranka, District Rajouri, keeping in view her medical condition, the nature of her ailments, the medical advice and the geographical and topographical difficulties associated with her original place of posting.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant would be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is issued to respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation in view of the medical condition of the applicant and decide the matter within a time bound manner.
3. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG appears on behalf of the Respondents.
4. Accordingly, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is disposed of, at the admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as representation keeping in view the medical condition of the applicant and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order shall also be communicated to the applicant.

5. Till the representation of the applicant is decided no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant to make her join the new place of posting.
6. O.A. is disposed of accordingly. No orders so as to costs.
