O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member The instant Original Application (in short O.A.) has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-
(i) Direct the respondents, particularly respondent No. 2, to consider and decide the pending representation of applicant, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem appropriate.
(ii) Direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for his adjustment/deployment at Government

Hospital, Sarwal, Jammu, or at any other nearby suitable health institution in Jammu, where the services of a Junior Pharmacist can be utilized, keeping in view the serious medical condition of his aged and bedridden father.
(iii) In the alternative, direct the respondents to consider and decide the applicant's request for grant of admissible leave under the applicable service rules, pending a final decision on his adjustment at Jammu, in view of the serious medical condition of his father.
(iv) Pass any other appropriate order on direction which this Hon’ble Tribunal may deep just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant would be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is issued to respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation and decide the matter within a time bound manner.
3. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG appears on behalf of the Respondents.
4. Accordingly, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is disposed of, at the admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as representation of the applicant and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order shall also be communicated to the applicant.
5. Disposed of accordingly. No orders so as to costs.
