Shri Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the applicant is exercising the option pursuant to the latest order issued by the Govt. bearing no. 305-F of 2026 therefore, relief prayed by the applicant is likely to be redressed.
2. In view of the above, we do not find any reason to proceed further.
