Mr. Vivek Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants has filed SWP No. 1514 of 2017 and SWP No. 1513 of 2017 in the Hon’ble High Court of J&K, wherein the applicants had challenged the impugned orders, whereby the applicants were directed to report at their original place of posting, where they were originally engaged as ReT. It is further submitted that after reorganization of State of Jammu & Kashmir into U.T. of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, the record of SWP No. 1514 of 2017 and SWP No. 1513 of 2017 was transferred by the Hon’ble High Court to this Tribunal vide order dated 11.09.2026 and renumbered as T.A. No. 327 of 2026 and T.A. No. 328 of 2026 respectively.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that both the T.A.s may be disposed of in the light of order dated 20.11.2024 passed by this Tribunal in O.A. No. 161 of 2023- Jyoti Gupta Vs U.T. of J&K and other connected matters, wherein it was held that after regularization of ReT Teacher as General Line Teacher, he or she can be posted anywhere in the district, as per transfer policy in vogue and cannot be repatriated to the same (original place) where he or she was initially engaged as ReT.
3. Learned A.A.G. appearing for respondents has not opposed the prayer of the learned counsel for the applicants for disposal of the T.A.s in the aforesaid terms.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, both the T.A.s are disposed of with liberty to the respondents to post the applicants anywhere in District Kathua, as the applicants have already been regularized as General Line Teacher and can be posted at any place in District Kathua, as per Transfer Policy, however, they cannot be repatriated to their original place of posting, where they were initially engaged as ReT in view of Jyoti Gupta (supra) judgment.
5. Interim order(s) granted earlier shall stand vacated.
6. No orders so as to costs.
