Janak Raj, R/o Ward No. 2, Kathua, Opposite Nagri Bus Adda, Kathua, J&K, for impleadment as respondent in OA No. 658 of 2026, and no response has been filed either by the applicant or the respondents. Considering the nature of the grievance and contents of the application, the same is allowed. Applicant is impleaded as respondent, as prayed for. Accordingly, Registry is directed to reflect the name of the applicant in the array of parties. List the matter on 27.01.2027, alongwith OA No. 419 of 2026.
