Order of The Tribunal Learned counsel for the applicant has filed a miscellaneous application(MA No. 1534 of 2026) for amendment of the Original Application on the ground that during the pendency of the OA one order dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure A1) has been passed, and he wish to challenge the same. Learned counsel for the applicant further prays that since the applicant is going to retire within six months, his miscellaneous application for amendment may be decided within short period of time. Considering the hardship expressed by the learned counsel for the applicant, notice is issued to the respondents to file reply against the miscellaneous application for amendment on or before the next date of hearing. Accordingly, the miscellaneous application will be heard and decided on the next date of hearing.
