At the request of Mr. Sudesh Magotra, further three weeks' time is granted to file reply on behalf of the respondents with regard to the steps taken for giving effect to the appointment order dated 27.05.2020 of applicant no. 1, besides the operation of waiting list for considering the claim of applicant no. 2 Mr. Sanjay Kumar for his appointment failing which salary of respondent no. 1 will be attached on the next date of hearing.
