For the reasons stated therein, the aforesaid M.A. is allowed. Registry to do the necessary correction in the memo of parties in the contempt petition. Contempt Petition Mr. Rajesh Thappa, AAG appearing for respondent no. 1 shall apprise this Tribunal about the outcome of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee with regard to the regular promotion of petitioner as Chief Engineer w.e.f. 01.03.2013 to 30.04.2018 against the vacancy which was kept reserved for him by the ECSC. List this case on 08.12.2026.
