AAG Order of The Tribunal Vide order dated 12.09.2026, the salary of respondent No. 3, Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, PHE Division, Udhampur was withheld for failure to file the reply. The reply has now been filed by the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondents has also filed a miscellaneous application bearing No. 1544/2026, seeking release of the salary of respondent No. 3. Since the reply has been filed, the miscellaneous application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 12.09.2026 is modified to the extent that the salary of respondent No. 3, Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, PHE Division, Udhampur shall be released with immediate effect.
The concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) is, accordingly, directed to ensure the release of the salary of respondent No. 3 forthwith. With the aforesaid directions, the miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
