AAG Order of The Tribunal DDO was required to file an affidavit stating that whether the salary of respondent no. 1 has been stopped or not. Today when taken up neither he filed affidavit nor he was present before the court. Keeping in view the non-compliance shown by the DDO towards the order of this Tribunal, we are constrained to issue bailable warrant with a surety bond to the tune of Rs. 10,000/- against the DDO namely Raman Gupta. Further, the Senior Suprintendent of Police (SSP), Jammu is directed to execute the bailable warrant against the above mentioned officer and ensure his presence on the next date of hearing.
