Order of The Tribunal (THROUGH VIRTUAL MODE) Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that after joining of the petitioner to the post of Fisheries Guard (Class-IV/MTS) in Fisheries Department, J&K on 10.08.2026, no salary has been released in favour of the petitioner till date, which is causing hardship to him as well as his family. At this stage, Mr. Rajesh Thapa, learned A.A.G. stated that pending salary of the petitioner would be released before Deepawali festival.
