Order of The Tribunal (THROUGH VIRTUAL MODE) Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that wife of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and due to non compliance of the final order of this Tribunal dated 07.11.2024 by the respondents, the petitioner is suffering hardship not only for the treatment of his wife but also for day to day expenses. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned A.A.G. appearing for the respondents stated that Writ Petition No. 393 of 2025 is still pending adjudication before Hon'ble High Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that no stay has been granted by the Hon'ble High Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition and respondents be directed to file compliance report with regard to the implementation of final order of this Tribunal. Learned A.A.G. is directed to file compliance report by or before the next date, failing which appropriate orders would be passed on the next date of hearing. List on 03.12.2026.
