1. Hon'ble Member (J) joined the proceedings through virtual mode.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the compliance report, accompnied with the consideration order dated 24.10.2026, stated to have been passed by the respondents, in compliance with the directions issued by this Tribunal vide order dated 09.07.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in view of the consideration order dated 24.10.2026, passed by the respondents, the applicant does not wish to pursue the O.A any further at this stage. He, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the present O.A, with liberty to challenge the aforesaid consideration order. His statement has been taken on record.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, O.A No. 694/2026, is dismissed as with-drawn, along with all connected M.A(s), if any. However, it is clarified that the applicant shall be at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 24.10.2026, before the competent forum, in accordance with law. No opinion is expressed on the merits of the matter or the validity of the consideration order.
6. Interim direction, if any in force, shall stand vacated.
