1. . Hon'ble Member (J) has joined the proceedings through virtual mode.
2. Despite of issuance of notice to the applicant on 13.08.2026, none has appeared on his behalf either in person or through virtual mode.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the second copy of T.A. has not been furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner since long, which suggests that the applicant is no more interested in prosecuting the matter.
4. Further, none has appeared for the applicant in the present matter on 14.07.2026. It is the duty of the petitioner/litigant to be vigilant and pursue his case diligently. He is required to cause his appearance on the due date of hearing.
5. The applicant has remained unrepresented on the last date of hearing before the Dy. Registrar and even today not appeared before this Court. Even the facility of advancing arguments through virtual mode has not been availed of. This persistent absence leaves this Tribunal with no option but to presume that the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
6. In view of the above, T.A. No. 1941/2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the cause still subsists in accordance with law, and subject to just exceptions from the respondents.
7. Accordingly, the T.A along with all connected M.As, if any, shall stand disposed of. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
8. The file shall be consigned to records after due compliance. Prasant Kumar Member (A) Justice Ritu Tagore Member (J) Jagdish ( ps consultant )
