1. The applicant, through the medium of the instant O.A., sought stepping up of his pay w.e.f. 01.01.2019 and to correspondingly refix his pension and retiral benefits with arrears.
2. Issue notice upon the respondents. Mr. Satinder Singh, learned AAG, appears and accepts notices for the respondents, who is granted four weeks' time to file his response.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has moved the representation dated 03.10.2026 before the respondents seeking redressal of his grievances, however, as stated, the same has not been decided by the respondents. In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation filed by the applicant in accordance with law and the rules governing the field, by passing a speaking and reasoned order within the notice period.
