1. In view of the previous order, the respondents were directed to file their short affidavit as regards the consideration of the case of the applicant under SRO 43 of 1994. The affidavit has been filed but the clarifications are not there.
2. Mr. Furkan, learned GA, submits that he has received some official communication as regards what was sought in terms of the previous order. However, he submits that he would like to place the same on record.
