1. In the present case, a detailed order was passed on 05.02.2026. Thereafter, this Court felt it expedient for calling the record pertaining to the case of the applicant and as to whether any proceedings were initiated against the applicant for having abandoned her duties as were warranted under law.
2. Today, the matter came up for consideration. Some photostat copies of the service book have been presented by Mr. Satinder Singh, learned AAG. We are not satisifed with the record. In this view of the matter, we deem it expedient in the interest of justice to seek the personal presence of the Chief Education Officer, Baramulla along with the ZEO, Fatehgarh along with all the record, whatsoever is available in original with them.
3. The presence is sought so that the matter is decided and the officers assist this Court in the right perspective for disposal of the case.
4. The photostat copies, produced as record, are returned.
