LARAIB VICE ARIF SIKENDAR Order of The Tribunal 01/ All these clubbed matters with lead case O.A 484/2025 came up for consideration today. 02/ Heard learned counsel for the parties. 03/ Since Mr. Azhar ul Amin, appearing for some of the respondents in O.A 504/2025, submitted that his case is entirely different from rest of the cases, as such, he submited that his case be segregated. 04/ In view of the submission so made, we deem it appropriate to segregate all these cases only to be listed seperately for consideration on the same day, i.e. 23-11- 2026 higher up, according to their own number. 05/ Mr. Rais ud din Ganai - DAG sought and is granted two weeks' time to file reply in O.A 828/2026.
