For Respondent(s) Advocate : SATINDER SINGH - AAG Order of The Tribunal 01/ The instant M.A - 1506/2026 has been filed seeking modification of order dated 01-09-2026, passed by this bench in O.A 937/2026 to the extent it is specified in the M.A. 02/ Record of the file was called for. Perusal of the record substantiates the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, case for indulgence is made out. 03/ In the aforementioned backdrop, M.A 1506/2026 is allowed and it is ordered that paragraph (8) of the order dated 01-09-2026, passed in O.A 937/2026, is modified and it shall now be read as below :
"8. Issue notice. Mr. Satinder Singh, learned AAG, apears and accepts notice for the respondents, who is granted six weeks' time to file his respnse. In the meantime, learned AAG, shall file an affidvit giving the vacancy position from the year 2008 up to December, 2009, when according to the applicants they were eligible for their regularization. The needful shall be done on or before the next date of hearing." 04/ M.A 1506/2026 is, accordingly, disposed of. This order shall form part of the order dated 01-09- 2026, passed in O.A 937/2026.
