While the arguments in the matter were on, Mr. Musaib - DAG submitted that there is a writ petition filed before the Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of J&K, Srinagar, against the judgement of this court and the same has been decided by the Division Bench vide its order dated 30-09-2026, upholding the order of this court. As such, Mr. Musaib - DAG submitted that the respondents will comply with the order passed by this court, which is upheld by the Hon'ble High Court, Srinagar, in terms of its judgement dated 30-09-2026, within a period of three months to be reckoned from 30-09-2026. It is expected that the respondents - contemnors will duly comply with the judgement of this court in its letter and spirit. 02/ List for consideration on 02-02-2026.
