1. Non-compliance of an Order passed by this Court dated 27.07.2026 in O.A./749/2026 necessitated filing of the instant C.P.
2. Issue notice upon the respondents/contemnors. Mr. Rais ud din Ganaie, learned DAG, appears and accepts notices for the respondents, who is granted four weeks' time to file Compliance/Statement of Facts.
3. List on 28.12.2026.
4. In the meantime, the Order dated 27.07.2026 shall be complied with by the respondents/contemnors in its letter and spirit.
5. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Makroo, Sr. Counsel, submits that he would like to file a substitution application where he want to substitute Mr. Atul Duloo with the new incumbent.
