ORDER

By Mallika Arya, AM: The matter was listed for final hearing today but none is present for the applicant.

2. On perusal of previous order sheet, it is observed that on the last date notice was issued to the applicant to appear either in person or through an advocate to pursue this case on the next date failing which the matter will be heard ex-parte. Even after issuance of notice, none appeared for the applicant today.

3. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in further prosecuting this matter.

4. Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
