Sharma Order of The Tribunal Shri Nadeem Mazahir, appearing for Shri Hitesh Bagri, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant had filed the appeal dated 21.04.2022 (Annexure-A/10), but the same has not been decided by the respondents and the representation dated 12.11.2021 filed by the applicant was rejected by the respondents vide communication dated 11.04.2022 merely on the ground of delay without considering his case on merits. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to consider his appeal dated 21.04.2022 on merits. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, we direct the respondents to decide the appeal dated 21.04.2022 (Annexure-A/10) of the applicant on merits after considering the contentions/grounds taken therein and pass a detailed reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the present O.A. is disposed of with directions as above. No costs.
