For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri Sunil Samadaria For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Hawa Singh Order of The Tribunal In the present matter, two writ petitions were filed, one against the interim order dated 25.08.2026 passed by this Tribunal against which learned counsel for the applicant who was not party in the O.A. had approached the Hon'ble High Court agitating the cost imposed on her in her own capacity as counsel and the Hon'ble High Court while issuing notice stayed the para 4 of the impugned order dated 25.08.2026 vide which the cost was imposed. Subsequently, the applicant himself filed a writ petition against the interim order dated 07.09.2026 which was disposed of by the Hon'ble High Court directing this Tribunal to decide the Original Application within a period of one month after receiving the certified copy of the order. We have pointed out this dilemma to learned counsel for the applicant that while the 2nd writ petition has been disposed off in which the Hon'ble High Court has directed this Tribunal to decide the Original Application but the first writ petition arising out of an interim order of this Tribunal passed in the same O.A. is still pending before the Hon'ble High Court, as such Shri Sunil Samadaria, learned counsel for the applicant has sought time to approach the Hon'ble High Court for disposal of the pending Writ Petition No. 17702/2026 and has requested that the present O.A. be fixed for hearing on 20.11.2026.
