For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Manu Bhargava Order of The Tribunal Shri Manu Bhargava, Sr.C.G.S.C., appearing for the respondents states that the present O.A. has become infructuous because the prayer of the applicant was for grant of maternity leave in the year 2018. We have also gone through the impugned order dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure-A/1-A) according to which child was delivered on 05.07.2018 and at that point in time the applicant was not in government service.
