For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal Shri Rakesh Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant in OA No 235 of 2020 and connected OA No 125 of 2021, is present. Shri Suraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondents in OA No 235 of 2020 is present. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that vide order dated 12.10.2026 passed in the connected OA No 125 of 2021, a specific direction was given to the Office to print the name of Shri S P Pathak as counsel for the respondents in that OA. The said direction has not been complied with. Thus, official concerned is hereby directed to submit explanation as to why and under what circumstances, order dated 12.10.2026 has not been complied with. The said explanation be submitted through proper channel within ten days. Office is directed to comply with the direction given in order dated 12.10.2026 and print the name of Shri S P Pathak as counsel for the respondents in connected case OA No 125 of 2021.
