For Applicant(s) Advocate :

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal Ms. Shakshi Shukla, holding brief of Mr. Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicants, and Mr. M.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents, are present and heard. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submitted that, in pursuance of the judgment and order dated 15.01.2025 passed by this Tribunal, the respondents have convened a Review DPC on 08.09.2026. The applicants were also considered by the Review DPC, however, they have not been found eligible for promotion to the post of Executive Assistant (erstwhile Senior Tax Assistant) for the vacancy year 2017-18. Referring to paragraph 4 of the compliance report dated 08.09.2026, learned counsel submitted that the applicants are aggrieved by the decision taken by the Review DPC and seek time to file their objections to the compliance report.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Tribunal has been duly complied with and the Review DPC has been convened accordingly. As prayed for by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, ten days’ time is granted to file objections to the compliance report. List this matter on 20.11.2026.
