ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn our attention to order dated 28.10.2025 of this Court wherein it has been mentioned that revision of pay and grant of LTC is under process.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that PPO dated 11.09.2026 granting the revision of pay has been issued and he will place it on record by the next date of hearing and supply a copy thereof to learned counsel for the applicant. He, however, fairly concedes that the case of grant of LTC amount is still pending.

As the learned counsel for the respondents appears to be processing the case for grant of relief, hence some more time is granted to complete the actions for grant of LTC amount as well.

Accordingly granted time of eight weeks to complete the actions for the grant of LTC amount.

List on 12.01.2027.
