ORDER

Reply as well as rejoinder to the reply filed earlier are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of the letter dated 17.06.2025 along with copy of ADG of Personnel Services letter dated 14.09.2022 related to condonation of shortfall in qualifying service of the applicant as well as the Government of India, MoD letter dated 14.08.2001 related to delegation of powers to the Services HQs. However, we are not satisfied that meets the requirement of our order dated 07.05.2025 wherein we had asked the respondents to place on record a copy of the order passed by the AG Record to MoD (Army) in this particular case stating the reasons for rejection of condonation of shortfall of the applicant.

Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to place on record the copy of the above order of AG Record by the next date of hearing and also produce the original noting giving reasons for rejection of shortfall of the applicant for perusal of the Court on the next date of hearing.

List on 18.11.2026.
