2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher in Government Primary School Pulga, Cluster Barshaini, Block Kullu-I, District Kullu, H.P. Her case is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station and confronted with medical condition of her daughter, coupled with her own adverse family circumstances, she preferred a representation on 02.10.2026(Annexure P-2), but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.

authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules and applicable transfer policy within four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
