2. Petitioner is presently serving as TGT (Sanskrit) at GMS Kakla u/c GSSs Karian, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be a sub cadre area. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, he preferred representation on 12.10.2026 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2/ competent authority, seeking his transfer

in terms of the transfer policy, but the same has not been decided by the respondents till date.
3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and keeping in view applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so taken be also communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
