ORDER
1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties to this litigation which has been reduced in writing also. The written copy of the said agreement has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is seeking time to get instructions. It is categorically pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that they do not have, as on today, any instructions that settlement has been arrived at.
3. Time, as prayed for, is granted to the petitioner.
