ORDER
1. Case taken up.
2. The documents, filed as original one with pleading, as its annexures, are the photocopies, having no signature, either by the authorized representative, or by Notary or by Oath Commissioner. Neither they are original one, nor secondary, to be admitted in evidence. The affidavit evidence filed is also not with annexure of those documents. Hence, literally there is no evidence in support of Petition on record.
3. Counsel for Petitioner mentioned that as per the then procedure, the exhibit marking was got made on the basis of the documents filled at the time of filling of Petition itself. Now, this aspect of admissibility in evidence is being taken note of in this proceeding, which is running exparte against Respondent No. 1, since the beginning. This is to be made by Petitioner, for which an additional affidavit annexing those documents, having duly signed by authorized representative, as well as Oath Commissioner/ Notary is to be filed on record, for making it admissible in evidence. Then and only then, argument will be placed in the matter.
4. List this exercise be got completed.
5. List the matter on 18.01.2027 “for further hearing”.
