1. 1. In the present appeal the challenge is to the order dated 02.09.2026 passed by DRT-III, Chandigarh whereby opportunity of the appellant to file reply was ordered to be closed and the appellant was also proceeded *ex parte*. Now, the case is listed before DRT for 10.11.2026 for arguments.
2. 2. The counsel for the appellant stated that the appellant was not properly served in S.A. bearing no.224/2025 and DRT-III, Chandigarh without appreciating the material on record has closed the right of the appellant to file reply to the S.A.
3. 3. Issue notice to the respondent on taking steps by the appellant through all permissible modes returnable on 13.01.2027. Till the next date of hearing, DRT shall not proceed with the hearing of final arguments.
