1. 1. S.A. bearing no. 936/2022 is stated to be pending before the DRT-Allahabad. The appellant had already filed an application bearing no. 6574/2026 for early disposal of the SA. It is stated that the applicant is the auction purchaser but the DRT-Allahabad has not taken the urgent hearing application bearing I.A. no. 6574/2024.
2. 2. The perusal of the record reflects that the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad passed an order dated 09.10.2026 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition bearing No. 41146 of 2026 titled as **M/s Green Earth Exim India Private Limited V Debt Recovery Tribunal and 5 others** and directed the DRT-Allahabad to dispose of the S.A. bearing no. 936/2026 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order dated 09.10.2026.
3. 3. It is directed to DRT-Allahabad to comply with the directions passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad vide order dated 09.10.2026. The present application stands disposed of.
