1. 1. The instant application is filed for the release of an amount of Rs. 6,55,000/- which was deposited vide Demand Draft No. 819081 dated 25.11.2025 as pre-deposit. The present Misc. Application filed vide Diary No. 2500/2025 has already been disposed of vide order dated 05.05.2026.
2. 2. Accordingly, after considering all facts, the pre-deposit is ordered to be refunded back along with accrued interest, if any, to the appellant/person who has actually made the pre-deposit as per rules and regulations and after proper verification.
