1. 1. This matter is taken up in pursuance of letter bearing no.681 dated 22.10.2026 for extension of time for disposal of S.A. bearing no.1250/2024 titled as **Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Limited V. Rakesh Mathuria**. The perusal of the record reflects that DRAT, Allahabad vide order dated 01.04.2026 had directed DRT, Jabalpur to decide the S.A. bearing no.1250/2024 expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certificate copy of that order. It is stated in the application that despite sincere efforts and diligence the S.A. bearing no.1250/2024 could not be disposed of within the stipulated time particularly due to the reason as stated in the application dated 22.10.2026.
2. 2. After considering all facts, time for disposal of S.A. bearing no.1250/2024 is extended by three months as requested.
3. 3. Copy of this order be sent to DRT, Jabalpur for information and compliance.
