1. Present as under: Ms. Preeti Barde, Counsel for Appellants. Mr. Sanjay Sahadeo Anabhawane i/b Ms. Medha Rane, Counsel for Respondent No. 1/Bank. Ms. Riya Pawar, Counsel for Respondent No. 4 (a) & 4 (c). No representation for other Respondents despite repeated calls.
2. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent files the reply to Interim Application (I.A.) No. 645/2026. The same is taken on record.
3. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent would submit that, as no prospective bidder has inspected the secured asset, which is the subject matter of the present Interim Application, and no bids have been received, the auction has failed. He would further submit that the Respondent Bank would issue a fresh auction notice. Accordingly, he seeks an adjournment for hearing of the present Interim Application.
4. Meanwhile, the Applicants/Appellants may file their rejoinder to the reply filed by the Respondent. The Respondent shall also file replies to the remaining Interim Applications before the next date of hearing.
5. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent further undertakes that a fifteen-day prior notice shall be given in respect of any contemplated auction of the property in question.
6. List the matter on 11.02.2027 for further proceedings.
