SNEHA MEENA
Item No.63/ C-IV
O.A. No. 1549/2024 ORDER (ORAL)
By Hon’ble Dr. Anand S Khati, Member (A)
On the last date of listing, i.e., 22.09.2026, the following was recorded: “Learned counsel for respondents is ready to argue the matter. None for the applicant. Learned counsel for respondents submits that after getting the interim order the applicant or his counsel is not appearing regularly. In view of this, she requests that the stay should be vacated. However, in the interest of justice, re-list the matter on 09.10.2026. It is made clear that on the next date of hearing if there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the stay order will be vacated.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondents further relies upon the decision rendered in M.A. No. 34/2025 in O.A. No. 1550/2024 with M.A. No. 1351/2024, dated 15.10.2025 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Tribunal, and submits that the matter is squarely covered by the said decision.
3. In view of the aforesaid, it is felt that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
4. Accordingly, the Original Application stands dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
