The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the respondents to permit her to continue in service as a contractual Guest Lecturer.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, vide order dated 05.05.2026, the respondents have permitted the applicant to resume her duties as a contractual faculty member with effect from 11.05.2026.
3. It is noticed that, even on the previous date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the applicant. Today also, the matter was called twice, but none appeared on behalf of the applicant.
4. In view of the fact that the applicant has already been permitted to resume her duties, it appears that she may no longer be interested in pursuing the present OA.
5. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
