ORDER (ORAL) Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J)
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the impugned order dated 27.06.2026 regarding suspension of the applicant is perverse on facts as well as on law.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant admits that the applicant has not preferred any appeal against the impugned order of suspension.
3. In the light of the aforesaid, with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties and without going into the merits of the present case, the OA is disposed of with the following orders: i. The applicant shall be at liberty to prefer statutory appeal before the competent authority amongst the respondents within 15 days from today, ii. Such appeal of the applicant shall be considered and disposed of by the respondents in accordance with the rules and instructions on the subject as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of such appeal.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
